Mix butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt thoroughly. Stir into creamy mixture. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until firm in the center. Cool on wire baking rack. Finished.
The marshmallows and butter simply need to be melted and mixed with the cereal for a quick and easy snack that requires no baking. Most no bake cookies do not even need to be refrigerated, but it is important to follow the instructions on the recipe for safe food handling.
Do not make cookies for your friends. It is highly unnecessary. Everyone else, if you are making cookies and find yourself in a bit of a time crunch, simply spread your cookie dough into a 9×13 inch baking pan, and bake them into bars in a 350° oven for 20-30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
