Fruits. The fruits that you can include on your list of unprocessed foods are apples, avocados, bananas, berries (fresh or frozen), citrus fruits, kiwi, grapes, lemons, limes, mango, melon and pears.
Clean eating focuses on exercise and eating unprocessed, whole foods (lean meats, veggies, fruits and whole grains) and avoiding processed foods, trans fats, and saturated fats.
On the other hand, meat that has been frozen or undergone mechanical processing like cutting and slicing is still considered unprocessed. All meat that has been smoked, salted, cured, dried or canned is considered processed. This includes sausages, hot dogs, salami, ham and cured bacon.
