1. Cut up the thick-cut bacon or salt pork into 1/2" strips. Add to Inner pot and turn the sear/saute on high.
2. While the pork is sauteing, cut up 1 medium size onion into 1/2" dice. Cut the jalapeno pepper into rings and the green pepper into 1/2" dice. Add to the inner pot with the pork and saute on high for about 10 minutes.
3. Rinse the beans under cold water and add to the pot. Add in 2 tsp salt, 3 tsp onion powder, and 2 tsp garlic powder. Stir.
4. Pour in 3 1/2 cups of water and stir. Most of the beans should be covered with the water. Put the pressure lid on and make sure the valve is to the seal position. Set the pressure on high for 60 minutes. Allow the Ninja Foodi to naturally release its pressure for at least 30 minutes. I usually do a full natural release which takes 30-35 minutes.

1. Wash the potatoes and poke holes with a fork on both sides of the potato. I usually do about 3 pokes with the fork on each side. Spritz the potato skin with oil of choice. Place the coarse sea salt on a plate and roll each potato in it.
2. Place the potatoes in the crisping basket or on the crisping plate and select the air crisp function on 400°F-450°F (varies with air fryer). Set the time for 45 minutes. You don't need to flip the potato, but can halfway through the cooking time if desired.
3. When the 45 minutes is up, the internal temperature should be around 210°F/99℃ which is the perfect temp for a potato. If it hasn't reached that temp yet, you can AC longer.
4. Immediately after you remove the potatoes from the basket, cut a slit or two in the top to release the steam if you want to keep your skin crispy.

1. Wash potatoes well and prick with a fork five or 6 times.
2. Pour 1 cup water into Ninja Foodi. Place a trivet into Ninja Foodi. If you don’t have a trivet you can use a steamer basket that has very short feet on it. You want to raise the potatoes just enough so that they are not sitting in the water.
3. Place the potatoes onto the trivet. Lay the potatoes down across the trivet. You should be able to fit 3-6 potatoes in one layer, depending on the size of the potato. If you are cooking a lot of baked potatoes you can stack them on top of each other.
4. Close lid. Turn valve to “seal” and cook on high pressure for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. (See cooking chart.) When timer beeps, naturally release pressure for 10 minutes and then quick release remaining pressure. Remove lid and enjoy with butter and salt!
