This Mini Pizza recipe is a great easy appetizer to wow your gang for your next game day party or even a Netflix binging session. The cornmeal on the baking sheet serves two purposes. One, it add a little bit of crunch and texture to the bottoms of the little pizzas, and two, it helps them come off of the pan super easily.
Add a pinch of pizza seasoning or dried oregano to each pizza. Top the sauce with 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese on each pizza. Add 3 (quartered) pepperoni pieces to each pizza. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Run a paring knife around the edge of the pizzas to loosen them from the pan.
Lay the dough out on a flat surface, then cut circles out of the dough to make pizza crusts. Press each crust into the well of a muffin tin, then add pizza sauce, cheese and mini pepperoni on top. Bake until the pizzas are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Add a sprinkle of parsley on top, then serve and enjoy.
Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce to each of the doughs and gently spread around. Add a pinch of pizza seasoning or dried oregano to each pizza. Top the sauce with 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese on each pizza.
