2. In a wide bowl mix together the rub ingredients. Set aside.
3. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides. Coat the chicken with the spice rub and place the coated chicken on the prepared pan.
4. Cook time will depend on the size of your chicken breasts. Mine were large (over 10 oz each) so I cooked for 15 minutes, flipped, and cooked for another 15 minutes. For smaller breasts, cook for 10 minutes, flip, cook for another 7 minutes and check the internal temperature. Once the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees, you're good to go!
