Steps Boil 1.5 cups (355 ml) of water in a pan over the stove. Place an 8 oz. Pour the water into a large bowl. Mix in 1 package of lime Jello or generic gelatin. Stir in 1 8 oz. Place the large bowl in the refrigerator and allow it to set for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Whip 1 cup (237 ml) of whipping cream in a mixer or by hand.
Making Gelatin with Fruit Put gelatin powder into a medium bowl. Use the entire contents of a 3 oz. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of boiling water to the gelatin. Measure the water exactly. Mix the water and gelatin until the powder dissolves entirely. This will take about 2 minutes. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of cold water and stir. Measure the amount exactly.
Directions Stir 1 package of jelly powder in 1/2 cup boiling water for 2 min., until dissolved. Add enough cold water to 1/2 cup ice cubes to make up 3/4 cup. Whisk in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Topping with a wire whisk. Refrigerate approximately 1 hour, or until it is no longer liquid (more like a mousse consistency).
