Directions Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine flour and pepper in a shallow bowl. In a second bowl, combine egg and water. In a third bowl, combine corn flakes, cheese and cayenne. Dredge fish in flour mixture, then egg mixture and coat with corn flakes. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet that has been coated with a nonstick cooking spray.
Directions. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, pepper, thyme and parsley. Stir well. Pour evenly over fish filets. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes or until filets are opaque and flakey.
Spray the foil with olive oil spray, season the fish with Mrs. Dash and some squeezed lemon juice. Put the fish on the foil, fold the sides around the fish and seal at the top. In a preheated oven cook the fish for the calculated time, until the meat is firm and white.
Directions Heat fat up in a chip pan or automatic deep fat fryer - mine has a chip setting which is 190°C. Peel the potatoes and cut into chunky sized chips. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Fry chips for about 3 minutes until soft but NOT coloured. Drain and shake well and set to one side. Put some flour onto a plate.
