Directions In a large saucepan over medium high heat, combine the chicken breasts, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Remove the chicken and let cool. Pour the remaining chicken broth mixture into a measuring cup. In the same pan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Add the onion and celery.
In a large bowl, stir together condensed soup, milk, vegetables, and chicken. Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (or until heated through and bubbly). While the casserole is in the oven, arrange biscuits on a separate baking sheet.
Properly stored, it will maintain best quality for about 4 to 6 months, but will remain safe beyond that time. The freezer time shown is for best quality only-chicken pot pie that has been kept constantly frozen at 0°F will keep safe indefinitely.
Instructions. Season chicken breast lightly (a small pinch per breast) with some sea salt and place in your crockpot. In a mixing bowl combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken, cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Once time is up, you can serve the breast whole, or shred with 2 forks.
